What is the Warrior Card?
The Warrior Card is CSU Stanislaus’ official identification card issued to
all members of the University Community. It is required for identification
for all students to access essential campus services.
The Warrior Card also functions as a convenient payment
method for services on and around campus. Warrior Cards are also
available for faculty and staff at CSU Stanislaus.

How do I get my Warrior
Card?
The Warrior Card is issued at the Stockton
Campus, at the Stockton Student Information Center (located next to the
Bookstore in Acacia) and at the Turlock Campus, at the University Student
Union Information Desk.

What if I lose my
Warrior Card?
To prevent unauthorized use, suspend your Warrior Cash account
online or by calling 1-866-575-7826 Mon. – Fri. 7
a.m. – 3 p.m. PT.

How does Warrior Cash work?
Warrior Cash is a prepaid spending
account on your Warrior Card that is accepted on and around the CSU Stanislaus campus.
Unused balances roll over semester to semester and year to year. You must
add value to your account before using your Warrior Cash to make purchases.
You must have sufficient value available in your Warrior Cash account to pay
for each transaction. Each time you use your Warrior Cash account, the
amount of the transaction will be deducted from your account. You may not
spend more value than you have.

What is my
Warrior Cash Account Number?
Your 16-digit Warrior Cash account number is
located on the front of your Warrior Card in the lower-left hand corner.

What is the difference between my University ID number and my
Warrior Cash number?
Both of these numbers are printed on the
front of your Warrior Card and encoded on the magnetic stripe.
Your University ID number is a unique 9 digit
number that enables you to access essential campus services and University
privileges.
Your Warrior Cash number is a 16 digit number
that enables you to make purchases and pay for services at
locations on and
around campus. You or your parents must
add value to your Warrior Cash
account prior to making purchases and paying for services.

When is
value added to Warrior Cash available?
Funds transferred by debit/credit card and
cash are available instantly. Check deposits are available on the business
day received. If
a check is returned to us by your financial institution for insufficient
funds, the deposit will be reversed from your Warrior Cash account and a
Returned Payment/Check fee will be assessed.
If the Returned Payment/Check fee creates a
negative balance in your account, you will be contacted to make another
payment to the account.

How do I
make a purchase with Warrior Cash?
Warrior Cash works much like a debit or
credit card. Just present your Warrior Card for payment to the attendant at
the register. Your card will be swiped in a terminal and the transaction
authorized. At
self-service locations, simply insert your card in the terminal. Funds
cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Cash?
Warrior Cash is a flexible spending account
that is accepted at campus retail locations and popular off-campus
businesses. These can be identified by the “Welcomed”
sticker featuring the Warrior Cash logo.

Cardholder suggestions are welcome and
encouraged. Recommendations can be sent via email to

What
is the Warrior Cash Account refund process?
You may request a refund of your Warrior Cash
Account balance when you graduate, withdraw or leave the CSU Stanislaus.
Proof of withdrawal or dismissal is required. Refund requests must be
submitted to the University’s card program service provider in writing to:

How does my Meal Plan work?
Residential students are required to
participate in a Meal Plan - Suite Meal Plan or Apartment Meal Plan
-depending on your campus residence. Payment is made at the beginning
of the semester along with tuition and other fees or through pre-arranged
monthly payment plan.
When using your Meal Plan at any Campus
Dining Location, the total purchase price of your selected items will be
deducted from your Meal Plan balance. Meal plan balances roll over from
semester to semester, but must be used by the end of the academic year or be
forfeited. For additional

What is the difference between Warrior Cash and Meal Plan dollars?
Both
accounts are accessed by your Warrior Card.
Warrior Cash is a prepaid spending account that supplements Meal Plan
dollars for residential students and acts as a convenient payment method for
non-residential students at Campus Dining locations. Warrior Cash is also
accepted at the
Bookstore, Health Services, Housing, Library, Computer Labs, Student Union, Associated Students,
Public Safety, and Cashiers. It is designed to eliminate the need to carry
cash around campus. You or your parents must make a deposit to Warrior Cash
(by check or credit card) prior to using it for purchases. Value in Warrior
Cash rolls over from semester to semester and year to year for as long as
you are a member of the CSU, Stanislaus community. To add value,

The Meal Plan is required for all residential students.
All-you-care-to-eat Meal Plan Units are accepted at the Village Café
during dinner every night of the week, and during brunch on the
weekends. Flex Dollars are accepted at all Campus Dining locations.
Payment is made at the beginning of each semester along with tuition
and other fees or through a pre-approved payment plan. Meal Plan
balances roll over from fall to spring semester but not to the next
