How does Warrior Cash work?

Warrior Cash is a prepaid spending account on your Warrior Card that is accepted on and around the CSU Stanislaus campus. Unused balances roll over semester to semester and year to year. You must add value to your account before using your Warrior Cash to make purchases. You must have sufficient value available in your Warrior Cash account to pay for each transaction. Each time you use your Warrior Cash account, the amount of the transaction will be deducted from your account. You may not spend more value than you have.

When is value added to Warrior Cash available?

Funds transferred by debit/credit card and cash are available instantly.  Check deposits are available on the business day received. If a check is returned to us by your financial institution for insufficient funds, the deposit will be reversed from your Warrior Cash account and a Returned Payment/Check fee will be assessed.  If the Returned Payment/Check fee creates a negative balance in your account, you will be contacted to make another payment to the account.
